Offensive Player of Week 7
The well-traveled Anderson (three previous schools) is now moving across Ohio Valley Conference fields. He's totaled 12 touchdowns over the last three weeks, including six - five passing, one rushing - when Murray State beat Tennessee State 45-21 to improve to 3-0 in the conference for the first time since 1997. He completed 33 of 51 passes for 348 yards and had 10 carries for 63 yards. The Racers trailed 14-3 after one quarter, but Anderson had a hand in five straight unanswered touchdowns.

Special Teams Player of Week 7
In an offensively challenged game at Villanova, Amos took over on special teams, scoring touchdowns on 89- and 81-yard punt returns during a 2-minute, 10-second span of the third quarter as James Madison pulled away to a 37-0 win. He tied Gary Clark's school records for punt return yards (183), longest punt return and punt return touchdowns in a game. His 183 yards on three returns also were a CAA Football mark. He added three tackles on defense.
